Having a PG who can get you open shots also works.
True. But was your thought when Posh gave up a layup to pass to Mathis open behind the 3; this is a good decision? It wasn’t mine, but Mathis buried it.

Was gonna mention that play. Would have preferred Posh to take the lay up as we aren’t exactly Golden State with knockdown 3 point shooters.

Curbelo is 100% worth taking a chance on. Maybe the most simple thing he did in the game was settling the team after a few quick baskets where we could have easily got sloppy and forced the issue, instead he set up a play mid possession that got Storr an open 3. We are going to need that type of half court execution if we want to win close games in the BE.

These jumpers may never be there consistently, but damn it’s gotta feel good for his confidence.

This team is really deep I can see why CMA so excited, one of the deepest teams he's ever had as far as player 1-12. I think the only guys that start every game will be Soriano and Posh... everybody else will be in and out of lineup. I see Jones, Stanely, Mathis, Storr, Wusu, and Pinzon all starting some games this year at those other 3 spots.

As I recall, Storr was a four star out of high school. So, we will likely need him and Jones to be in double digits against Big East competition.
When Storr puts everything together the BE better watch out. Good length, Super athletic, can shoot the ball. He's just a little raw and a bit out of control right now, but like someone said early by mid-season wouldn't shock me if he's one of the best players on the team, he has all the tools.
