It’d be really great if they could solidify a significant role for just 1 more guy off the bench over these last 5 games. Nothing crazy. Ideally one of Glover of Lefty can be counted on for a solid 10-15 mins a game if needed and it doesn’t feel like the team gets noticeably worse while they’re out there. Just really need someone beyond Smith who can hold down the fort for a few minutes at a time.

Tonight, St. John’s heads to Chicago for a must-win matchup against DePaul. There’s no sugarcoating it—this is a game we should dominate. DePaul has struggled all season, and if we come in focused, this shouldn’t be close.


That said, we can’t afford to take them lightly. Just look at what happened to UConn against Seton Hall. In this league, if you don’t bring your best every night, you can get burned. St. John’s needs to come out aggressive, set the tone early, and not let DePaul hang around.


A win here keeps the momentum rolling and solidifies our spot near the top of the Big East. No excuses—take care of business and get out of Chicago with a dominant W.

Well since Lefty has the same skill set at 75% of DePaul's roster, he could actually get some PT tonight.
