Pitino post game said he wanted Dingle to gain confidence from today. CRP also said Dingle was counting his misses, and he told him he wants him to shoot & doesn’t care if he misses ten more. Also said we will need Dingle to shoot more rest of conference play.

agree, he was constantly looking for the open man and took great looks all night. actually the team passed well too, thus the open 3 points shots.

The only takeaway from this game is that wow is DePaul terrible. Basically a scrimmage tonight. Good that some guys got run and hopefully found some confidence. No expectation it makes a significant difference in the next two difficult games. To some extent the low difficulty level could actually hurt in the next game. Fingers crossed tho
