I don’t understand playing AA unless we are in foul trouble. If I were Mullin I would stick w the starting 5 plus Yakwe.
 
I can't see the game, but on paper this kid Maric is exactly what us fans wanted the staff to find. He had 14 and 8 last year and has 17 and 10 so far against us tonight...
 
Really tired of us heaving up long 3s at the beginning of the shot clock at key times - huge momentum killers.

This team just can’t get a big stop. Defensively they always lose someone because they don’t fight through screens. Like I said , they want to do the dirty work it takes to win games in a his league
 
this is really sad. I was so much looking forward to this season. This is a very disappointing loss. Maybe the worse of the Mullin era
 
Don't post often,,,Class of '67....extremely disappointed....was hoping for 18-20 wins this year, especially after the non-conference start.....will be lucky to get 14-16 at this rate and another post-season disappointment....is there no other alternative to Ponds when his shot is not falling that Mullin can come up with?.....geesh

I was a student during the glory year. I’ve stuck with them during some ridiculously poor seasons. This one ranks up there towards the top of my disappointment list. This isn’t about missing Lovett. He is missed. But this is much deeper. Lovett isn’t going to make the other guys rebound. Or hustle for a loose ball. Or not shoot ill advised 3 pointers in the middle of a run. Or attempt show stopping dunks when a layup will suffice.Or close out on the 3 point line.
The only thing that turns this around is strong coaching. In that area...we come up very short.
I really wanted to see Mullin succeed here. Unfortunately, I just don’t see it happening. So...yet another rebuild will be coming.....
 
This losing streak is not just because we only have six or seven guys either. SMU ran 6 guys all last season and won 25 games.
