This is very well said. On offense he is another play maker and arguably our best shooter from distance. He’s a great talent and love his tenacity and pace setting.
even more than his offense imo his defense can help wear down guys quickThis is very well said. On offense he is another play maker and arguably our best shooter from distance. He’s a great talent and love his tenacity and pace setting.
He also gets good elevation on his jumper.Dev has always been a streaky shooter, but in last two games he seems more comfortable w his jumpers. Obviously if he can continue that it would be huge heading down the stretch, considering our perimeter shooting challenges.

Plus he's a 6ft guard, and that's probably being generous, who can rebound like a power forward.even more than his offense imo his defense can help wear down guys quick
Seeing him rebound yesterday and mix it up down low that's when I figured " he's back "Plus he's a 6ft guard, and that's probably being generous, who can rebound like a power forward.
As Pitino said at Press Conference post game yesterday, Smiths crisp and timely passes have created more open shots at 3 pt range which have been yielding much better results! This is very well said. come back SJU79#....“Due to injuries he sustained while at Utah, Smith said he may have another year of eligibility remaining after this season (“I’d like to have another year of playing for coach Pitino, for sure,” he said). But once his college career comes to a close, Smith said he hopes for an opportunity to go pro.”

That's a top 10 team next year as is.
Might sound crazy, but I don’t think I want Mgbako. He doesn’t get after the ball and I feel like he’d be trying out as an NBA wing the whole year.Let the Heavens rejoice . I actually agree 90 percent or , close to it with Marillac .
I doubt Smith returns if the NCAA is involved .
A squadron of Pigs flying would have to land on the roof of MSG first .
We will need to replace Scott’s defense and length .
We desperately need a 3 point snipper to get big minutes . I’m not sold on Dunlap due to injury or Lefty due to limited PT , being that guy . Maybe, they are?
We need a good PG to replace Smith .
I don’t know who we get to remotely replace KR ?
Indiana will get a new Coach . Mgbako was on our Radar coming out of Roselle Catholic and he was recruited by Pitino and staff.
Might be worthwhile to see if he’s going to
be available . Pitino would upcoach him
And, was on same team as Wilcher in HS , if I remember correctly .
