Malik was my college years like the other players I had classes with him ( 88-92 ) and like the others Kranmars definitely knew him also and you are right he was into fashion and ties. Another great humble dude like that whole team. Traczok has the best Sealy story on this board

Easy to forget since Stanford was way more successful.

Montgomery's record at Cal was better than I remembered, and his record at Stanford was off the charts. Neither program has done much since he left. The guy was an excellent and very underrated coach.

So did I. I started to post that he was at Stanford but looked it up first and saw he had indeed gone to Cal later. I don’t remember that at all.
