Let's be fair though, he didn't have much success at SHU either. He did benefit greatly from Shaheen and Shine and rode that one story book run to Ann Arbor!

Pitt fired their women’s coach this morning after bowing out in the ACC Tournament. Only reason I care is a girl we recruited selected Pitt over SJU after we had been on her for a while at my insistence . She is very talented but has wasted 3 years there hoping things would improve.
She has gotten in touch with me recently and hopefully there will be mutual interest.
Joey T was honest with her as to what position he would play her at , which was not exactly what she wanted to hear , while the Pitt coach blatantly lied to her.

Think the boosters there turned on him quickly this season and TT trying whatever they can do to get rid of him now.
Word is McCasland to Texas Tech is just a formality at this point.
IMO....You can drop McCasland off at any campus in the nation and he will win. Will be good for Texas Tech.

I think it means that this (meaning Syracuse) is Boeheim’s last coaching position.
Unlike Pitino and Coach K., Boeheim will not make the cut as a candidate for the SJU job.

If it happens wonder if they go for a big name or for a guy like Langel who can be there for 30 years too. Colgate has beaten Cuse twice in a row after losing to them 60 straight times or something absurd like that
