Jack - I know you love Posh and I have no problem with him and I don't care if people want to post about him. I wish everyone who played here last year good luck but would prefer they mostly be talked about in the keeping up with old friends thread.

okay but this is literally a thread about the game where we played him. How is it not valid to talk about it. Especially that IDRAFT post lol he was talking about how Daniss did against Posh in the game? It is a game thread and he is talking about the game

But I do want to just take a moment to thank Rick and this team for the fact that, after we became a national story for Rick's postgame comments, this team banded together and won three straight games including dominating the #15 team in the country. It says a lot about the group of guys we have in that locker room. It says a lot about the leadership we have in that locker room from the staff.

Again.. will we make the tournament? I know that is the barometer of success for many (including me!). But even if we don't, I am still gonna ride this high of us potentially (barring anything unforeseen) enter the Big East Tournament on a FIVE game win streak, firing on all cylinders, and for the first time in seemingly decades, a real threat to make a play for the BET championship game.

Its fine. Other then Addae-Wusu we are not likely play any more of them until the chance we meet one in the NCAA tournament and if we beat them I don't care if I hear about them and if we lose I am shutting down the site until the transfer portal game starts:)
 
Taylor is the glue guy when he’s allowed to play. He covers multiple roles & skillsets while on the court and can do all of them without dominating the ball. Invaluable. Very different players but sort of Justin Simon-ish in his role with the exception being those Mullin-Simon teams had absolutely zero depth and were only playing like 6 guys. Enough guys here for Taylor to fall out of the rotation apparently 🤷‍♂️
 
Quick Question.
Do we want a 1st round bye in the BET or do we need a Win against the lesser team ? I understand we need to win the last 2.
Just wondering who we are rooting to win and lose the next week ?

Better be careful , the Poshettes will get on you. 😂 To Posh’s credit he started out well but as it usually goes, he fizzles out in the second half and his weak handle is exposed. Best thing about getting this game out of the way, we won’t have to deal with the man crush on Posh for awhile.
