I will neither boo or cheer Posh and will treat him the same way I treat all opposing players during introductions, with silent indifference.

Think the game will be close but Joel wears them down late. I sense a big game for #11 incoming. Especially with our trusted PG feeding him ;)
 
Winning this game would be a nice indicator that things are a little different now. This program’s struggles to be on the right side of the bubble over the past couple decades are largely the result of not performing well against the middle of the conference. It’s a winnable game against a team that isn’t bad. Gotta win more of these than you lose.

Would be a nice way to build trust with the fanbase that this year’s team is serious about going somewhere.

Yea, a big part of establishing yourself on the right side of the bubble is not always being under .500 in conference play immediately

We have not been above .500 after our first five Big East games since the 2010-11 season (Lavins first season)

Isn’t that a wild stat. Weve been starting out in the bottom half of the conference for nearly 15 years now. Unreal. (And there’s a handful of 0-5 starts during this stretch)

If we could just win 2 of our next 3 we’d have our best start to Big East conference play since 2011!
 
Need to keep Pierre Brooks under 20, kid is built like a truck and quick. Tough matchup in man to man imo.
 
Contain Brooks and Telfort below their averages and let Posh get his.

I wasn't on over the weekend but just read the last few pages of the Hofstra thread and for the record I was making $13 an hour in HS when the minimum wage was like $3. Also, Baldi moved to Las Vegas? That comment was a blast from the past. :ROFLMAO:
 
Haven't been to a game since Boston College and not sure when I'll make it back. At home yelling at the tele is not as much fun. Good luck all and enjoy the game.

Sophomore year in high school when my dad found out about my video empire renting book report movies to my classmates ( To Kill a Mockingbird was a windfall for me ) he made me get a regular job and mininum wage was I think 3.35 an hour. That’s was a hell of a lot more embarrassing then outdoor manual labor.
