Next let's fix the pitching staff. Clippard's got to go.

GOOD NEWS-CC quoted as saying his hamstring should not keep him out that much longer.
 
How can this team score only 3 runs in 19 innings against a putrid pitching staff? No one hitting. Hicks has really gone south.

It's time to dump him and bring up a minor leaguer. Can't do any worse then Tyler, and the kid will get major league experience.
 
Clipped has been a very solid reliever for a long time. I'd be hesitant to cut cord outright with the guy. Work with him on side and get him into games with wide margins.

big top of the 7th for Chad, gave up a leadoff double but got out of it.
7-4 with the bottom of the order due up.

BTW Boston lost again, but nm them, we need this game, and hopefully snap the f out of this shit.

Just 2 weeks ago they looked so good, dominated Boston and Baltimore the final 5 game at home, since then lose 10 of 12. How fast this happened.
Glad vacation is Wednesday, get out of here for a few week.
