Unfortunately . Too many guys were no shows tonight . It’s tough to play 2 games in 24 hours . Advantage is always to rested team . A weakness in our Personnel all year is no Reliable 3 point shooter . Too many slashers, not enough
Shooters .
We’d be a rested team, and not playing Marquette either, if this team handled any business the last 2 weeks.
Exactly. This game was lost over the last 2 weeks with the 3 losses. With the lack of size and depth, winning 2 games in successive days is a tall order. Assuming they make the tournament, matchups will be everything.
Honestly, I see this team as one and done or possibly, two and out. We will likely face a bonafide team in the 2nd round, if we make it that far. I just don't see us winning, unless we shoot light's out.
We live and die with our outside shooting. And we don’t even really have any true pure shooters that we can count on game in and game out. Which means every game is a crap shoot as to how effective our outside shooting is going to be.

This type of ass cutting may not bode well to the committee, along with losing 4 out of 5.

Marquette becomes human when they aren't automatic from 3...when they don't miss all game it's nearly impossible to stop em. Hope we get a bye.

I agree, but even if they win one game in the ncaa tourny, that's more then any other sju team did since 01.
Atleast get 1 freaking win, can they do that atleast, if nothing else?????

So the best performance we’ve had in 20 years. Awesome!

You’re probably right. The hope is they get a beatable team round 1, then play an upset winner in round 2. Sooner or later they will be exposed in the tournament.
This team shouldn’t make the tournament. Once they fall behind by 10 they quit. It’s a product of bad coaching
We’ve won multiple games down 20.

You guys know we can't have 2 good games in a row. We know what we're doing...spoil a game now so we have a chance to win 1st round in the NCAA's duh. If we won tonight we'd lose by 40 to Wofford.

The Seton Hall game meant a lot more to me when we were a good team. What does that game mean now?? 6 games against 3 teams? We couldn’t have won at least one of those?

This game was already decided when we won last night because that’s the way this team thinks. It’s friggin sad.
With this team getting embarrassed is probably the best way to enter the tournament. Just hope it’s not in Dayton.
I don’t think we even get in now. Losing is one thing but this is horrendous. The committee knows there’s absolutely no chance of us winning two games in a row so why would they put us in

The Nova game might argue with this post. The Georgetown game too.

They have it in them. They just selectively care.

Well, the sky is always falling with you. Give your cortisol levels a break and just look at the #s. We are in.

Marquette will shoot 16% from 3 to even things out in their 1st round game. By the way, why do we blowout teams and let them within a decent margin to be nice like DePaul last night while teams like Marquette keep going pedal to the metal? You're up 31 relax. Pump the brakes.

We were a completely different team against Nova and Gtown. We had fire then. We have now packed it in.

If we get a “beatable” team in the 1st round we’ll probably get the crap kicked out of us because we’re “supposed” to win.
