That's what I can't accept Pray4change. The fact that we got beat so bad and our Seniors showed so little poise in a game like this. I don't know who to blame more, Lavin or the players. The only good to come out of this is that we have full week to rest our injured guys before the tournament. I know it's only sports and not life altering in any way, shape or form but as a fan it's just really hard to swallow this especially after so many years of mediocrity from this program.

If Lavin had just said the right thing in the pre game, Harrison would not have missed so many open 10 and 12 foot shots. If he had only used a different accent, Pointer wouldn't have had those first half turnovers. And clearly, if he had spoken more softly to Branch and Greene they would have hit a couple of wide open threes in the first half. You can always tell the games when we are hitting a high percentage, Lavin found his voice.

No, I'm frustrated as all hell.
And disappointed. Tomorrow's my birthday and I have 7 friends coming to the garden because I thought we'd be playing!
But realistically we were probably a 7 seed going into today. At worst that makes us a 9 or 10 seed, at the very worst. That's just objective analysis.
But as for my emotions... this blows. I'm embarassed that Cooley got the better of us for a second straight year. And very disappointed these seniors will graduate without winning a BE tournament game. They deserve that

Well I have nothing to say, so I'll just simply say that I'll see ya Sunday night.
The only positive, if you can call a bad lose a positive, is we'll have a full week to rest up.

Of course they don't deserve to have anything given to them.
But for all these guys have done for this program for 4 years, if there was any justice, I would've liked to have seen them experience winning a game in the BE tournament.
That's all I'm saying. No one's asking for participation awards.
