Bill made a good point. Needing a bail out from the refs to beat cuse, struggling to beat Michigan, a team that has not been good this year, shows that nova might not be as far ahead of the pack as some may think.

I'm not gonna get crazy, cause I still think nova wins the league, but a landslide will not be the case, it will be a major battle. And I'm happy that we look good enough to be a team in the mix for the big east regular season title.

We match up so much better with nova than we do with Gtown. I would not be surprised if we were to sweep nova while getting swept by Gtown. Really I think the top 5 spots of the BE are completely up for grabs.
 
Sitting here watching Georgetown play Indiana. The Hoosiers lead by 10 at the half. Georgetown is easily on the way to setting a record for blown lay ups and missed shots within 5 feet of the basket. If this is their normal play, we have nothing to worry about in facing them!
 
Very disappointed with Georgetown. Their team on paper is great. Reminds me of SJU last couple years. Want another Big East team to step up with SJU and Nova this year. They're #26 right now but their resume won't be looking good if they lose

Georgetown is going to be a tough team to face inconference play.
They're already well tested, having faced floirda, wisconsin, kansas, butler and now Indiana.

Gtown cannot hit free throws and cannot defend the three. They should have won this game easy
Hoosiers triple team Smith down low and steal the ball at will.

Dealing with teenagers is taxing; just ask any parent.

Yea I'd have to agree. You can tell coaching was wearing him down and I'm sure fueling his health issues. That's partly due to the fact he's an extreme competitor and always very intense. Seems a lot more relaxed now
 
Watching Oakland play Maryland. Have to feel sorry for Hooper . Only got a couple of minutes of play so far and no one passed him the ball. Hooper is our second leading eligible three point shooter by percentage in our history. I know it was a small sample size.

Agree. Didn't expect Calhoun to be as good as he was, sharp analysis all game. Excellent perspective as an ex coach.
