Penn State played well but lost on the road to an undefeated Pitt team. I think they will be a decent team. Georgia Tech beat undefeated Illinois. Syracuse was dominant vs Indiana.That will be a challenge.

Reading that Providence's Kris Dunn possibly out for the entire season.

Can someone explain why Brandon Austin was suspended and is still not back on the team? Seems like top secret information or something.

Maybe you read this from Providence Journal two days ago, but posted in event you haven't;

"Cooley went on to say that Austin and Bullock remain suspended due to their roles in an unspecified on-campus incident. The two have participated in an ongoing campus judiciary process, which is apparently unresolved. But there is a chance that they remain suspended for the remainder of the season."

"As for Dunn, the news is not good. It appears his injured right shoulder could be damaged badly enough that he’ll explore an injury redshirt. He has played in only four games this season. The other option is to continue rest and some rehabilitation and see if the shoulder responds before the start of Big East play."

Could it be on-campus theft like the kids at Hofstra? That's all I can think of that would be investigated for so long.

Damn shame.
 
Ole Miss lost to Kansas State on the road in a close game.
 
Marquette played Wisconsin very tough and got it down to 3 late but 7 footer Kaminsky hit a huge three and then
Wisconsin never missed a free throw. Good game though.

Marquette looks terrible. They are on the outside looking in for the tournament at this point. Buzz has a lot of work to do...the collective handle of that team is very poor, and there won't be a lot of easy games in the new Big East.
 
Creighton pounding Nebraska at home. Ole Miss heading to overtime at home with #13 Oregon. I wish we had won the Barclays tournament.
 
Seton Hall beat Rutgers at the RAC. Dwayne Polee made the highlight reel on ESPN for 22nd ranked San Diego State.

Picked up two wins over the Big 10 tonight. SH over Rutgers and Creighton pounding Nebraska in front of 17,500 fans.

Good night for the conference. Butler and Purdue matchup later this week.
