The newcomers to the Big East are all undefeated and playing today. In fact possible Creighton Marquette match-up
down the road. Nova with a nice win over USC. Also noted Nova is near the top with assists per game.
 
Kellen Dunham, killing it from three for Butler. I wish Hooper was given the green light and playing time to see
what he could do. The three is the biggest weapon in college ball. Their is just no denying it.

It's really a joke how with such a shorter 3 point line we can't A- find shooters or B- plan an offense around freeing up looks for shooters.

Two incredibly different players. Dunham and Marshall really impressed me today. Butler is a two-man game, but its role players really know their limitations and play to their strengths well. They will be tough...if that other kid wasn't injured, they might have won this damn league.

Xavier up 55-42 over top 25 Iowa. The new teams are carrying the conference thus far. Xavier is going to be a lock for the tournament before too long.

tough loss after blowing a 15 point lead. Ex Sienna coach has Iowa moving in right direction.
Meanwhile Creighton is blowing out Arizona State who beat Marquette.
Very impressed with Creighton and McDermott.
Villanova will meet Kansas in another final which will be interesting.
Johnnie's so far do not seem to match these other Big East teams, but we shall see..
 
Another huge day. Kansas gets our best today against Villanova. Tofu loss for Xavier but they can make up for it today.

The way things are going against ranked opponents I expect Nova to lose on a 3 at the buzzer tonight
 
Xavier blown out vs Tenn. today and that's 2 in a row in the wrong direction. These things can happen fast when
you play in tournaments.

It looks like the Big East will be a dog fight. St John's needs to up its game if it does not want to be stuck in the bottom half of the league.
 
Is there anybody out there who thinks this conference can survive with the way SJU plays ball? We are suppose to be a pillar of this conference and carry NYC in this new era. Guess what ...we are still a CYO team, we are no better then Roberts teams.

It is a shame we can't play this game Anymore. I go back to Lapchek days and for the last 15 years we have made no progress.

Lavin gave it put the other day on the FAN when he said next year we will be good. All seniors and no recruits.

Give me a break and bUy my season tickets this is my last year for that.

I'm sure someone will take the tickets off your hands. I hope you also stop posting while you're at it. As, you only show up at perceived difficult junctures.
