Agreed, SHU is not playing well at all. Butler is a nice story. As TIS said in an earlirer post, the BE is a bitch.
 
Hope we get on a plane for Omaha early tomorrow with the storm coming. Creighton is in Philadelphia taking a beating tonight, so we should be on equal footing.

they'll be dreadful again next season, but Butler should win the conference.
2 good conference additions, 1 poor.
 
Watching this Creighton game, and I can already tell Dom is about to go off again. This Creighton team has a bunch of quick little guards who are too small to guard Dom, and a bunch of big white guys who are too slow to guard Dom.

Road games are tough Jack, as you found out last Sunday. I think we should beat them, but never assume anything. Also, they are due.
 
Creighton doesn't seem to handle pressure defense and an up tempo game very well. We have to attack like we did against Duke.

By pressure, I don't mean just full or 3/4 court press. We have to play the passing lanes and challenge every shot. Make them rush their offensive sets.
 
PC just sent an email saying that they may make the decision as early as Monday to postpone their Tuesday game v. DePaul. If postponed it gives pc a long layoff until the game at MSG v. Stjohns

They got blown out. Funny but I remember hearing here that Willard was a real good coach. But they are killing him in Jersey now.

Lavin is in the top 10 and has the best hair and best looking wife. He also eats at the best restaurants of all the Big East coaches and lives in the trendiest neighborhood. You see, there are a lot of positives if you look for them when it comes to our coach.
