Around the Big East

Seton Hall absolutely has uber-wealthy alum to tap into. The CEO and co-founder of Crowdstrike is a Seton Hall alum. His net worth is triple that of Repole’s and he’s a big Formula One racing guy. BUT…he apparently has no interest in the basketball program. What can you do? But you need a pied piper like Repole or the Crowdstrike guy to get things moving in the right direction. And you need someone who can rope those whales in.
Probably got picked on by a basketball player when he was in school

I looked it up. Crazy thing is that Kurtz (Seton Hall alum) graduated in '92 -- meaning he was at the school during the team's golden years. I really assumed he would've been there during the lean 90s years and maybe that's why he would not have had a sentimental feel to it.

Will be rooting for Marquette @ Creighton today to give us a little extra cushion atop the big east

But also can see the flip side, Creighton getting ranked makes that garden matchup even juicier
I have to root for McDermott as impractical as that is. Prime reason is to get back in LMF’s good graces, who suspended my red.fans credit card dining out privileges for only watching a recording of UConn game last night. If still in dog house, I will raise the bar w a “Shaka Sucks” thread.

Really looking forward to Marq/Creighton. Last night’s game has me Big East crazy. Somehow watching this G’Town vs SH mess.
Probably about 17 people watching this Hall/Gtown game. Pirates are severely undermanned and are staring at 1-19 in conference.

Johnnys/Creighton next Saturday could be the game of the year if:

We dont overlook Nova and Creighton finishes off Marquette today and beats Uconn this week.

Would like Marquette to win over Creighton, so we have a 2 game lead over Creighton.

If Marquette lose this game, they won't catch us just like UConn won't (Pitino won't allow a collapse}.
