Ewing got hassled by security at MSG.

I'm confused how this happened. Coach''s, players and press are issued passes that they wear? That's all they need for access to the locker rooms and athletic facilities.

It might have been a temp hired for security during the tournament. Watched too many Kevin James movies.

That actually is very weird, and one of the few times where a variant of "Do you know who I am?" is completely warranted.

Do the Knicks have offices and separate facilities at MSG? A standard college tournament pass wouldn't get access there.

That may be why Ewing called Dolan.

I mean everyone is wearing a mask.  I dont know why Ewing is making such a big deal about it.  There are a lot of 7 footers walking around the Garden this week.

There's a large contingent on Marquette's message board calling for Wojo's head.  One thread even suggesting they start a Go Fund Me page to assist with his buyout.

I don't follow Marquette that closely, but Wojo's fate might be different, if Markus Howard did not return, as a post-graduate. last year. The Hauser brothers probably would have stayed, and Marquette would have been more successful.

Howard was a standard 4 year senior

Rumor has it Chris Lykes is done at Miami and will transfer to Georgetown.

I just read an article on the Miami.Scout premium site. Miami had a rough year with lots of injury problems throughout the season.

Seven players who are eligible to return next year, including Lykes, are publicly noncommital about their plans for next year

Lykes is graduating from Miami in May and could return or leave as a grad transfer. He is from the DC area so a possible transfer to Georgetown makes sense. A poster asked the mods about the Lykes to Georgetown rumor. No response provided as of now.

You are correct, but his return ,after seriously considering turning pro, was intrumental in the Hauser brothers leaving.  They thrived, in the ACC and The Big Ten.

6'8" forward Greg Gantt is transferring from Providence
Tip of the iceberg - going to be an interesting spring and summer
There will be lots of movement in college basketball
Hopefully, some good ones heading our way

Wonder if Providence sees more.  Cooley was visably frustrated with that team.

Seton Hall's Sandro Mamukelashvili was named honorable mention All-America by the AP, meaning he received votes in the All-America balloting.
He's the 4th Kevin Willard player to receive the distinction, joining Isaiah Whitehead, Angel Delgado and Myles Powell (in 2019).
Per Jerry Carino

Get that big staff! :)

Providence center Nate Watson will exercise his fifth year of eligibility - granted to all NCAA winter athletes due to the pandemic - and return for the 2021-22 season. per John Fanta
