Around the Big East

Two timeouts and that is what you wind up with. A clueless Addae-Wusu being, well Addae-Wusu.
Sha had time to draw something up when Breeding went to the monitor for the 10th time on the Georgetown shot clock violation the possession prior. But Seton Hall still didn’t even know who was taking the ball out and called a timeout to set up Wusu dribbling almost the entire clock out and basically handing the ball to the other team

Holloway’s agent can up his % after this season, Sha deserves better than current $tate of this program.
Fan of Sha, but some of this is on him. I know they're NIL is deemed to be lower than many of the Big East, but he also chose to spend money on guys like Dual, Middleton, etc. I'm surprised at how bad those guys have been, but the player evaluation falls in Sha, and he could still get more of this group. Less NIL or not, a team of former 4 stars, kids like Coleman/Wusu who have been BE rotation players, and kids like Jenkins who played well at the mid-major level shouldn't be getting killed at home to Monmouth, losing to Fordham at home, losing to Hofstra on a neutral floor, and some of the other inexplicable losses they've had this year.

They got Gtown without Mack tonight, and losing Epps for a good portion of the second half. That team didn't know what to do with those guys out, and double when Peavey went down.

Georgetown has only lost to WVU and Notre Dame. Won at Syracuse and beat Creighton. Probably not a Tournament team, but they're still in contention which hasn't happened for them in a while. Great progress for the program.
No surprise, Cooley is a very good coach and now for the first time in his coaching career he has money and resources behind him. He will develop a strong culture like he has done in the past ant prior programs and create a winning program once again at Georgetown.

is GTown.... the 4th best BE team this season....?

At this point really can’t say how good or bad Georgetown is. Aside from West Va and a very weak Cuse team, schedule has been cupcakes, almost as weak as DePaul’s.
Think Nova and Butler, at least, and maybe Providence, will finish above them. They may only wind up better than DePaul and the Hall.

Are they better than last year? Yes. But that’s not saying much.

They just destroyed Creighton.

Georgetown's ceiling is the 4th best team and their floor is the 9th worst team. Sorber's a stud but he does play like a freshman. Epps can be out of control at times but actually has looked fine last couple of games. They've got a lot of young players who really need more experience in close games. SHU game was a good learning experience for them.
