This happens every other game with Danny. The school needs to tell him to acted appropriately. It needs to be addressed and if he doesn’t stop engaging with the crowd. Corrective measurements need to be used to support him in acting like a head coach. It’s a valuable lesson to learn you do not have to show up to every fight you’re invited to!

I guess the days where we consider Coaches as “Teachers” is long gone. It’s not about who was “right” or “wrong” in this situation but how YOU handle it. Hurley, surrounded by Security reverted to threats. Instead of just walking away with the victory he chose to act like a punk. Great role model.
especially when challenging a fan to a fight with security right next to him. He knows the fan wont because he has security. PUNK is exactly the correct word. Hell of a coach no doubt about it . BUT A PUNK.
every lawyer I know has to put up with "you should be called Liars, not lawyers", "are you gonna charge me for this call", "hey, did you break your nose chasin' that ambulance", "what's the name of your firm, Dewey Cheatem & Howe?", "How do you know a lawyer is lying, if he's moving his/her lips", etc.
Lawyer jokes and A Priest, A Rabbi and A Minister jokes about equal in number.

It'll be interesting to see how Self does in the NCAA Tournament this year. It might be the first time he's going in as a decided underdog, at least in terms of reaching the Final Four (of course, with two national championships, he has not done too poorly as a favorite, despite some noted upsets against him).
Most everyone has had a boss or higher up who is rude and unreasonable. If you want to make a living you put up with it. The fans are his boss we pay the bills. He has a lot to say about us including in his press conferences. It’s beyond obnoxious.
To his credit he wins, his act wouldn’t last ten minutes if he didn’t. But he does so people make excuses for him.
Yelling at his team and the refs is kind of in his job description. Yelling at paying customers is very much not.

Sampson as a coach definitely deserves to be on that list, the man can coach, has won everywhere he has been and not just because of his “recruiting.” There are many who question Pitino’s, Cal’s and Self’s ethics too. Doesn’t mean they can’t coach.
I don’t have much of an opinion on what happened; it looked much worse than it actually was because of the benches clearing. I believe SC will only have 5 current players eligible to suit up for their opening round game and LSU 6, so if correct, I assume they both will have to add “walk ons” because NCAA rules state anything less than 7 eligible players forces a forfeit, which is obviously not going to happen.
I know many will scoff but the women’s game is often times much more physical in relative terms than the men’s and it is a wonder there are not more of those incidents.
The players who left the bench for South Carolina and LSU, respectively, are eligible to participate in both teams opening round game. Cardoso for the Gamecocks will be the only player sitting out in the first round of the dance.
That’s because of her shove which they considered fighting while the other’s were ejected for leaving the bench.
Flau’jae Johnson’s (the LSU player who was shoved to the ground which escalated things) brother has been charged with assault and battery, third degree and disorderly conduct for leaving the stands and jumping onto the court. Evidently his actions caused injury to someone who was at the scorer’s table.
I obviously had bad info, I thought players leaving the bench were suspended for the next game. Thanks for clarifying!
