And their center Nick Ongenda, who I think still has a lot of untapped talent, is coming back too. If DePaul ever gets it together, they can be tough. I understood the pessimism when Leitao was coach, but with Stubblefield there may be some reason for optimism there.

Good for DePaul. Not sure why but I'd like them to be in the mix in the BE instead of cellar dwellers....As long as they don't take recruits from us. Although they got 1 in the bank already as we took DJ.

If you are on the younger side, they were for the most part very likable in the '70s and '80s.

I'd root for them if they weren't in the Big East.

What's not to like about a fellow Vincentian urban school (as long as they are not playing us). Ray Meyer was a great coach, wished we had more Looie/Ray matchups. I always felt we should have played them every year before BE--a Vincentian/Big City rivalry.
