Around College Basketball

It could be an interesting test case: I knew he played his first year at Pacific, but what I didn't know is that he did part of his sophomore year there too. I thought he spent a full year at juco but it looks like that was not the case when you look at his player profile page on the Pacific site.

Guys who were in second year of juco at the time didn't get three years of eligibility upon entering D1, but Jenkins technically was in D1 the three years prior to this season.

I wish Daniss the best in the Greek league or the Spanish league or wherever. Hope he kills it out there.

I caught the entire 2nd half of the UAB and Memphis State game. Memphis State was down by 22 in the first half, down 15 at the half and won 106 - 87 against UAB. David Jones with 32 points (10 for 21 from the field and 10 for 11 from the line) and 9 rebounds. His sister made the game and was the first time they seen each other in person in over two years. Javon Quinerly had 25 and Tomlin 28.

For UAB, yaxel Lendeborg had 6 points and 8 rebounds.

b
David Jones and Omar Stanley having the best years of the former Johnnies imho.
