Honestly if you are getting fired you should get a majority of what is left in your contract (not all). Anderson just take your 40 minutes from hell and go away. This is making you look BAD iron mike If you wanted another job you should of "resigned" saving face taking probably 8 mil say and pray for another job. Now your pretty much not hireable and your coming with baggage. With lawsuits, the dirt gets revealed.

Punitive damages is just a ruse
 
It could be worse. The case could have gone to civil court where a certain former poster could have become an NYC resident in order to get on the jury and made foreman.

It could be worse then worse, said poster could still be posting here. I feel for the fan base of whatever school Anderson winds up coaching, if he winds up coaching.
Said poster will try to convince everyone on that schools message board that Anderson is still a great coach and was treated unfairly by both Arkansas and SJU.

With the length of this post, and sans paragraphs, you are lucky the forum doesn’t sue you for $45 million for pain and suffering. 😉

Better yet force them to take all their meals in Marillac Hall…while sitting next to Marillac 2. 😉😊
 
Imagine the amount of open three pointers Anderson could afford to distribute on a regular basis for $45 million.

He could also buy every player a popcorn maker for indulgence during post game press conferences.

i think cuerbelo stole the popcorn maker when he snuck into the post-game conference ROFL. Have to admit that CLASSIC on cuerbelos part. Stupid yes but classic none the less lol
 
We always love our coaches on the way in and hate them on the way out. CMA needed to go, but from the minute I saw the termination for cause news I’ve suspected they’d wind up paying him something from the remaining contract. There’s usually two sides to most stories.
