I think fans should take a vacation from speculating about anything here until there is news. There are more important things in life than this nonsense.

If there are any developers reading this I think an excellent enhancement to redmen.com would to allow users to block posts from specific individuals. So when that user goes into a thread, any posts from those individuals whose content is blocked doesn't appear. I think I could personally eliminate over 75% of posts with this feature,
 
Regarding the waiting game, I am sure everyone would want St. John's to be thorough. It is in everyone's best interest that there are multiple conversations regarding responsibilities and expectations (on both sides), and that they are accurately reflected in the employment contract.

If the Mike Rice hiring were going to happen, the current timetable seems ordinary to me. I am optimistic.
 
If Rice announcement is made in next week or two, we can then devote total anxiety to the Heron appeal which will keep us busy until the fall. :)

Well then once Mr. Rice is on the staff and
M. Heron is approved to play, and we make the NCAAs, advance to the Elite Eight, have a new arena funded by rich alum (don’t count on me as I am neither rich nor an alum) in which direction do you suggest we then turn
our anxieties to...surely there must be other St. John’s issues to shed our anguish over... lol

It’s not like we’re hiring Nick Saben. What could possibly be so complicated about this contract? Head coaches are frequently locked up within a day or two no less an assistant coach. We are . . .
