2nd Creighton Game

1. Good win but it doesn’t compensate for losing to them in Omaha
2. D’Lo looking like his old self, thank goodness
3. Tyler Wideman experienced schadenfreude when “MachoMan” CO rolled his ankle
4. Red uni’s / no SJU logo at center court = home win
5. RJ23 and Sir’D had Obekpa-emapthy; looking to the refs for (phantom) flagrant elbow calls

Bonus: I still think we can make .500. The wagon currently has two patched up tires and two donuts, but no spare. Plenty of room for all.

Seton hall Marquette one point game 1 minute left

Not sure who to root for. Hate the Hall but they could make ncaas.

I'm just worried about us. If Marquette win gives us better chance to climb the standings I'm all for it

It's nice they won.

However, considering we haven't had a 2 game winning streak in the past 12 games, I'm not getting excited. DePaul another absolute must win.

This was a home game against the worst BE team, so a win was expected. They did look nice on the court, but again I'd want to see this against another team.

It sure took Creighton a long time to exploit our center's absence. Better than a half before they dominated inside and that was WAAAY too late.

Nice win. Good job all around, except refs.

@NYPost_Brazille: Greg McDermott on Rysheed Jordan: "He was without a doubt the best player on the floor today." #sjubb

Great win especially since Creighton has won the last two of three. The last win was over Xavier who had been undefeated at home.
Night and day start compared to the Butler game. Shot the eyes out of the basket. Jordan playing another under control game. D'LO looked like old self. And what more can be said about the blockbuster Sir Dom Pointer.
Played some difficult defense against a bigger Creighton team.
Now, we show DePaul.

We aren't likely to dominate too many Big East teams again this year.
But our guys should know, as this evidences, that when they play poised "team" ball, they can win against anyone in the league.
