Don’t like anything that says Red Storm. Still living in the past.
Don't forget RJ.Departures are going to occur... i'm not gonna be naïve...
If we are able to retain: Zuby/Sim/Jaiden/Prey/Lefty/Maker.... solid start....
I don't think RJ is long for the College game.Don't forget RJ.
Honestly think Zuby/RJ/Sim will probably take the majority of our budget, but it'll be well worth it.
The only knock I have on him so far is that he is a ball hog at times, always shooting the ball when he is on the floor never looking to play the team game and look to pass the ball to a teammate.Reminds me of Jenkins. Ball's going up regularly. Not a fan so far.
Between the draft being a generational one + NIL money surpassing nba draft money, I think we will see guys like Luis stay longer than we would expect.I don't think RJ is long for the College game.
I know he's not on any mocks right now... but he will command a HEFTY check to stay...
Can only imagine the numbers being floated to his family
I highly doubt we will lose a current player by transfer if it’s because of NIL.Between the draft being a generational one + NIL money surpassing nba draft money, I think we will see guys like Luis stay longer than we would expect.
Honestly, more worried about Zuby. Think of all the big men around the country who were flat out overpaid.
Hopefully our success this year motivates others to further invest in the program + shows the potential we have with consistent funding. NIL event in Vegas will also be really helpful
Ayo? Please say no.Don't forget RJ.

Doubt he'd be a NIL/$ priority, but if he wants to come back and happy with 10mpg, I'd be happy for him to come back. He's a great teammate which is important for chemistry -- especially in the NIL eraAyo? Please say no.
I was referring to Dunlap's minutes this year. I assume they'll go to Glover & Prey.Doubt he'd be a NIL/$ priority, but if he wants to come back and happy with 10mpg, I'd be happy for him to come back. He's a great teammate which is important for chemistry -- especially in the NIL era
Oh got it. Sorry. I actually think Ayo will get more minutes than anyone on this board bargained for. lol.I was referring to Dunlap's minutes this year. I assume they'll go to Glover & Prey.
That would suck. We need to shoot higher.Oh got it. Sorry. I actually think Ayo will get more minutes than anyone on this board bargained for. lol.
I'm of another mind on this. I think he is more likely to stay because of NIL. I don't think RJ has much chance of getting drafted and even if he does it will be at the tail end of the second round. Say best case he gets a 2-way contract. That will pay him $580k. Seems like a top NIL deal could at least get him close to that. Plus it's got to be a lot less wear and tear and he can just got get that same two-way after his senior year.I don't think RJ is long for the College game.

I think that has a lot to do with him basically only getting garbage time minutes and will change if he is in the regular rotation. The only knock I have on him so far is that he is a ball hog at times, always shooting the ball when he is on the floor never looking to play the team game and look to pass the ball to a teammate.
He’s an upper body based defender for better or worse. He’ll go chest to chest and he’s got very good hands. He’s not going to overwhelm anyone with his feet.Would it kill him to try and gather a loose ball every now and again?
If we keep the group together(including Smith) and add a defensive minded wing and/or combo, the team has Final Four potential.Departures are going to occur... i'm not gonna be naïve...

All good points… I just think if RJ doesn’t leave college- he will be in demand in transfer market. Here’s to hoping he staysI'm of another mind on this.
