Hate diving into the seed talk with still so much more that can happen in either direction but the difference between a 4 and 3 seed is absolutely massive. That’s the difference of a potential Sweet 16 game vs the Dukes/Floridas of the world or a Sweet 16 game vs a Wisconsin or Texas A&M

As expected, #7 is our highest ranking since 12/2/91 (#7). Just edged out #8 Michigan State (#14 last week).

Huge opportunity to potentially be top 5 next week given the schedules teams #1-6 have this week. We'll be playing for a LOT against Butler and Hall, including a Big East championship.

Jerry Palm has SJU as a 3 seed in the South, away from Newark.

And if you do the S curve and assume Auburn is the number 1 overall, then SJU would be the top 3 seed, 9th team overall, with A&M being the weakest 2 seed #8 overall.
