I don't think voters are applying their own formulas uniformly. It is what it is unfortunately.So two weeks ago Duke loses to unranked Clemson and falls from #2 to #3. SJU beats Creighton #23 and loses by two on the road without Smith and falls from #9 to #10. Makes sense ??
