With crucial games against Creighton, UConn and Marquette all can change in a heartbeat.
Just my opinion. Not knocking those that enjoy.

Not stunned by 4 seed but stunned they would put them in East where Regional is in Newark.

That is a serious geopgraphic advantage for a 4 seed.

Money and fan$. Fan$ bring money. The Johnnies' partisan would pack Newark.

Agree it’s way too early, but it proves that we’re being taken seriously for 15-0 at home, 10 game win streak, and huge comeback wins.

Better in top 16 then out for sure.

Oh I know why they did it for $$$ but there is a cutoff normally. For example if SJU was a 6 seed do you think they would put them in Newark? Give a big advantage like that to a 6 seed assuming they advance. I don't think so.

Just promotional glitz for the Dance. We earned our way into a conversation, but real work for true seeding begins on Sunday.

Very happy with four seed today. Means we’ve also got a chance to move up

Very good sign that they put us as a 4 seed, especially because last year they massively underrated us relative to the analyst brackets by not including us in even the First Four Out.

Means nothing of course if we don't keep winning, but that applies to every team. At this point the big majority of the season is already done and they think highly of our resume, so I'm pretty happy with it.

I absolutely believe that they would need to be at least a 3 and maybe even a 2 to get that advantage. Today means nothing as it costs them nothing and actually helps generate discussion and coverage. But, I have a better chance of dating a Victoria's Secret model then the committee allowing us as a 4 seed to play 1 seeded Duke in Newark.

A mediocre road win today by Virginia over Vtech, might be enough to push them into the top 100 and another quad 2 win. Would make all 5 of our non low-major OOC games quad 1 or quad 2. How it’s supposed to be.

After some semi-quick math I currently have 72 teams who I think have an argument. I'm more than willing to cut from SEC and Big 10 but unfortunately I don't think committee will agree with me.
