2022 Mets

That was a BS call by the umps
DeGrominator! Wish he would have finished with a strike out instead of giving up a home run but regardless still a great performance!
yeah that was unreal. But I'm glad it took the onus off why did Buck take him out, I think Jake was just kinda shaken up by the run support and lost concentration for a second :)

Also which cant be stated enough is how we work the count. That huge 29 pitch first inning was big time. We do this all the time. I love how our hitters work pitchers over.

That's what is winning these games. They work the other team's pitchers to death.
Now let's hope that they don't have a big emotional let down against the Reds and lose the series.

Fascinating game today. Jake was incredible and it was interesting in that 75 was his pitch count for today and the coaches got it right as #76 was his last-the homer. Rodriguez was a big surprise today with 2+. Diaz was 2022 Diaz again. But biggest surprise was Vogs going first to home-he was fading fast in the last 90 feet. Again, fielding was a major difference between Mets and Braves.

On the disputed play, I thought runner interference could have been called as the Brave fell on Nimmo.

Nice to have this experienced guy

He gets IT. The same kind of energy that would benefit a St. John’s basketball team. But, first you need to give them something to get behind.

I have a man crush on Buck. By the way, he seems to have a great relationship with Lindor. In Miami, Lindor would stand by him during the game. Good to see as Lindor is a huge part of the present and the future.

When people say a manager only influences a couple games a year in regards to Buck I think you throw that entirely out the window because this whole season wouldn’t be possible without Buck. These guys all respect and believe in him and he’s completely changed the culture of this team
