The defense was horrible.  We couldn't stop Denver on 3rd down.  It didn't even seem to matter how much yardage the Broncos needed.
 
It’s going to be a long learning curve for the QB.
 
 
Same old issues with the Giants. A QB who cannot hold onto the ball, a defense that cannot get off the field on 3rd down, and an offensive line that is plain offensive. Yet another frustrating team to watch. 
 
Fire Gettleman and start prioritizing the big guys who win and lose the game in the trenches. 

 
 
Denver is not a good team...it's going to be another long football season for us Giant fans.  At least I have St. John's BB & The Islanders to help block out the pain.
 
The Jets dropped Darnold after 3 seasons . The Giants should do the same with Jones . Darnold by the way beat the Jets for the Panthers .   Jones has the most fumbles of any QB over the last 3 seasons . Hasn’t he shown enough to realize he isn’t the Answer ?

This is when reputation can hurt you sometimes.

Yes, Lawrence was offsides on that field goal, so it was a good call.  But, how many guys get away with that, on a last second field goal?  9 out of 10?  But, with the Giants rep for mistakes (well-earned) the officials are probably keeping that little extra eye out.  It's not intentional, but it's something we have to deal with.

The reality is, this team appears to be one man short at every position.  Well, except place kicker.  That guy is great.

But they may be the most consistent team in NFL, doing this for 9 of the last 10 years.  Obviously, no one involved with the team can fix the problem.  May take a commissioner intervention like Rozelle did in "suggesting" they hire George Young.
