Looks like the Mets have their usual pitiful minor league prospects. Please tell me that Maybin, Tovar, and Lee are not the best we have.

I had Mets season tickets (30 game strips) for 3 the last seasons at Shea (in the loge behind home plate - year one was $28 per game per ticket, year 3 I think $35) When they built Citifield, best they could offer was left field landing, which is the equivalent of bleacher seats. When a fly ball is hit to the warning track in left, you lost sight of the outfielder and the ball. When it was hit down the line in right, there were some blind spots where you lost the ball. Then you also can't see the main scoreboard from the seats I had. Gigantic waste of money and as nice a building as it is, those design flaws make some seats suck.gman post=434754 said:
