Bottom line - from the small sample size that we can draw from - leagues playing in a bubble (NBA and NHL) seem to be working out pretty well so far. Leagues that don't play in a bubble (MLB) is experiencing much more difficulty.
Football, just by nature of how the game is played, would seem to generate more potential issues than any of the other major sports. Adding a "non bubble" environment to the equation, makes it more susceptible to COVID concerns IMO. I just can't see the NFL successfully making it through an entire season.
By the way, MLB is exploring the possibility of utilizing a bubble type format for the playoffs
