2020 Jets

Again, the jags weird ability to keep every game close no matter the opponent makes me like them to win one of the games against Cleveland, Minnesota, Tennessee or Chicago

Not a bad day thus far. Sure the Jags lost, but three previously 2 win teams got some separation from the bottom of the pile. The Jets hopefully spent pre-game working on their form for when they hit the links in January (although why wait?). Who’d a thunk that in 2020 the Jets would give us something to root for, a true cause we could all believe in and rally around? What a great time to be alive!

I write some stuff about it being a good day, and the Jets score. I offer penance and they miss the extra point. It appears that I have some type of eerie power that allows me to indirectly control what is happening with the Jets. Maybe I should become a Cowboys fan...

Quinnen Williams is damn good. People really gave up on him after a mediocre rookie season.

Closing in on 0-10 and this was the most winnable game left on the schedule. Onward!

Please refer to him as Mt. Becton.

The Jets will get to 0-15. In the last game they will win a meaningless game against the Patriots (Belichek giving it to us one more time) and we will lose the number one pick. Lawrence will go on to have a HoF career in Jacksonville and we will draft Fields who will be a complete bust and out of the league in 5 years (sorry Justin, wrong place, wrong time). We all know that some how, this will not go the Jets way. Any Jets fan who doesn't feel the same way is not a true fan of the team.

Jags will win another game by week 17. Sorry

Is Trevor Lawrence a better prospect coming out of college than Andrew Luck was when he came out?

That's the best compare I cank think of from recent years - both supposed to be pro-ready from the get-go; both had lots of hype going into final year (unlike J Burrow who did it all in one-year).

The scouts who picked Luck said it had to do with the body type from a durability standpoint but the other traits were similar.

You’re right about the vintage bad loss, but the Browns aren’t the Browns any more. The Jets are the Browns.

Be weary of praising any team that plays in the AFC North this year. They got to feast on the NFC East this season. Seriously the browns have maybe one good win this year against the colts... and even in that game Baker threw to picks.

Even the Steelers have maybe played two good teams this year. It’s a very unimpressive 10-0 they have going on.

I know the Browns have a horrific loss in them

Unfortunately, it's coming in the 15th game of the season.
