Big transfer news: West Virginia’s Lamont West is transferring, source told @Stadium. Averaged 11 and 5 this past season.

Wouldn’t it be nice if we were in the mix for ‘any’ of these top Grad Transfers?
Meanwhile, it seems our one recruiter has taken an in-house sabbatical from his job as he pitches his skills elsewhere.
And there also seems no rush to pro actively move to contact any of these guys falling through the ‘portal’with our other ACs.
By the time, we’re ready to move, only 6’3” PFs will be available.
Gotta laugh.

UNLV transfer Joel Ntambwe will start an official visit with @UConnMBB this morning, per source. He averaged 12ppg as a freshman last year.
 
Imagine if Matt doesn't leave a cheat sheet on where to access the transfer portal website or the AAU schedules we wont recruit until another assistant comes in. Rest of staff may not even have a contact list of existing recruits.

Honestly unbelievable, if true, but with buzz around that we haven’t recruited since season’s end, that may be the case.
Which would be damming and pathetic if so.
I hope we’re not waiting to replace Matt before we peruse that ‘Grad Transfer’ portal.
Could be a quick fix if we seize the opportunity.
Just hoping for the best here.

Considering Matt is the only one of staff who probably reads Redmen (or even knows it exists), I would hold off on these posts until we hire a new AC. :)
