I Think the problem at G'town is that their Players dislike the Princeton offense that JT3 Teaches. Only kids at Princeton can like it as it is boring, and minimizes their individual talents. Not a good formula for sending players to the NBA. Which is why I think high level recruits are looking and thinking, is JT3 going to get me to the League?

Probably not.. Yes, the HOYAS are still punks. They foul hard but, take exception if you retaliate.. Ali's foul was a patty cake grab. Meanwhile , Ponds and Lovett wind up in the first row on drives to the Hoop.

Speaking about Georgetown. They have offered Isaac Kante (6'8", 220-230 lbs), from Brooklyn. JPM114 wrote good things about him.

Penn State G Terrence Samuel (RS JR) is transferring. Will graduate and be eligible immediately.

Third college coming up I believe.

Penn State G Isaiah Washington (RS SO) is transferring. Will graduate & be eligible immediately.

Plus I think he's 32 years old. Seems his recruitment was in the 90's. ;)

When can a school like St. Johns approach a 5th year grad student, with a year of eligibility left, about coming to play here ? do we need the approval of his present school ?

Not sure but it appear to out rank many provisions including provision concerning in conference transfers.

Possible reasoning as a graduate no longer a student at his original school hence rules do not apply to him or her.

You don't need the permission of the present school in this case however I believe the BE's prohibition about transferring between conference schools is still ineffect even though it is really not "a transfer" as the player has gotten his undergraduate degree.

Speaking of grad transfers in conference I guess I haven't watched as much ball as in previous years but I was surprised to see that Spike Albrecht grad transferred from Michigan to Purdue. Obviously different intra-conference rules.

No sure but Albrecht transfer was one of a few in different conferences which leads me to believe there are no restriction on the grad transfer

Per Jeff Borzello
New Mexico guard Elijah Brown will graduate and transfer, per the school. Averaged 18.8 points this season.

Son of Mike Brown of NBA who played a year at Butler.

I see the power forward from LSU left the program. Prior transfer from a Texas School. From what I remember from the Simmons year he was a powerful inside presence. Thoughts?
