That date is the 125th anniversary of Dr. Nasmith inventing the game. ESPN has apparently lined up some great match ups for that date, from what I remember reading.

To add, the previously announced home game against Delaware State is Tuesday, November 29. So, first game after the Bahamas. They were 7-25 last year, 5-11 in the MEAC. Don't know who they are or are not returning.

at Tulane might be a fun little road trip. I might do that one
 
I think this upcoming season is a real mystery. I keep getting the feeling that we will be better than most of the forecasts. I see the early part of the season as a mixed bag, but the team coming together as the BE season arrives. Hope we play tough D and hit our FTs.

Any defense will be an improvement since last season we played no defense.
