take care of business at home and split the remaining four home games.

beating Nova is not mandatory at this point.

the league from top to bottom is way better than last year; and as a result all of our eggs arent going into one basket like they did for the Xavier game at MSG last year.

Many opportunities for the fellas to right the ship and there is still a lot of meaningful basketball to be played.
 
Lunardi's update for today has us as one of the last 4 in.....we would be in a play-in game against Old Dominion as a 12 seed......winner would take on Maryland....

Obviously with our lack of depth I'd prefer not being in the "First Four" but I'm so desperate for our names to be called on selection Sunday I wouldn't even care at this point

cant disagree. Its been so long since weve won a game. At this point Ill take a play in win ,which counts as an NCAA win and call it a day. Not that I wouldn't want to do better.
 
i never thought i'd say this but "let's go rutgers" tonight....they host purdue, another bubble team we are competing against....

would also be good to see:
minnesota over iowa
michigan over illinois
utah over stanford
florida over ole miss
 
Ole Miss wins at Florida on a late 3 unfortunately. Partially happy though because of this buffoon on holy land saying Florida had a better chance to make tournament than St. John's

Yeah it's always funny when folks start talking about matchups or even worse locations. These guys only goal is to predict the right 68. Everything else is nonsense.
