I disagree. Stop at Duke. We can easily be the fourth 1 seed. There’s the path. Doesn’t mean we get it, nor do we need it, but we have a legit shot. Having said that, I really don’t see us being a 2 in the East now. No way they want us near Duke.

This Team has ignited the City and a good portion of the Country with their play this Season .

Watched the last moments of Auburn
- Alabama and Sears on the Tide is a lefty like Cam Jones and he got the winning shot off with a floater in OT .

When Lefty guards have the goods to get to the Rim or close to it , they are very difficult to defend for those floaters or, lay ups

Jones Almost single handedly carried the McQ ‘s .
He did take 30 shots but , was unconscious from 3 range . And , he regularly blew by Wilcher . Less so against RJ and Scott .

What a game !

i do appreciate his approach... but he got his best player of his tenure via Transfer in Kolek... Shaka will do whats best for them to win... Expect a couple transfers this cycle

With the portal, I'd expect great coaches like Shaka will bring in great players year after year - freshmen and transfers.

Shaka didn’t bring in a portal transfer last offseason. I think it was stubborn of him since his team needs a rugged 4/5 in the worst way and you can find them anywhere.

He won’t have that luxury this offseason losing Kam Jones, Stevie Mitchell, and David Joplin at a minimum. Maybe we take a run at Chase Ross?

He’s got kadary’ish defensive versatility. Better athlete, not as big. Big fan but seems very injury prone.

If he’s “only” at 15 ppg that tells me he’s playing a lot of point and trying to create.

Jones will be vacating a ton of shots alone…add Joplin and Mitchell’s shots to that. That’s 45 points between the three!
