I'd argue that the strange thing is people acting like shooting is the only valuable thing a player can bring to the floor. Especially in college ball. This isnt the NBA

I fear he's not going to be fast enough, judging from what his highlight reel went to great pains to hide from me.

We can find a similar kid in the portal who won't get destroyed on D.

Love your enthusiasm but Donovan might be in the “witness protection program” but that program has him on a $24M payday as Head Coach of the Chicago Bulls. I like that Program where can I sign up?

WOW!!! Pitino is incredibly passionate, not only about returning St. Johns to glory but his family, friends and players. He pulled no punches about returning players, I love Soriano as captain but besides Joel, I'm thinking only Wusu, Storr & Posh (hopefully) will be "asked back". Also hoping Gardner & Yaxel are asked to join Team Pitino. The man knows how to build winners, we've got to trust his judgment...so pumped!!!
 
Him describing New York players' qualities sounded like Posh to me. I think he stays pending meeting with him. Put two shooters in there with him (one of who can handle the ball like a PG) and Soriano and we're fine. Portal will be super interesting.
 
Wow our team must of been really worse then what we originally thought. Since he was told (most likely by van macon) that he didnt get great reports on SJU players. So curbelo, pinzon, definitely out. Posh was suspended, but thats a question mark. It seems as if we finally have that fresh start that we havent had in a long time. He is going to clean house and get the job done. Exciting times for SJU

Jack. That is the coach we hired preferred style of play. Always been big proponent of the three everywhere. I like Posh too but on paper not a good fit.

Curbelo, anyone even remotely following program could see something was going on.

I at least speak to Pinzon to get his side of the story.
