Hold the phone, White Chocolate, graduation from High School is a rather modest achievement.for those always wondering “ damn I wish I could have seen the hard court legend from the mean streets of glen cove. White Chocolate “. heres a pic I’ve never seen until today literally sent to me a few hours ago taken of White Chocolate on his graduation 1988 For context I’m 6 ft 4 and all of White Chocolates friends from Glen Cove are tall. ( probably had something to do with the toxic ball fields we all played on next to an incinerator as kids ) My hair added 2-3 inches of pure intimidation on defense “
Obviously White Chocolate is on the far right
Yup. Started with a plan to watch the first couple eps. We're now on episode 6 and promising to stop after this episode. Another excellent effort.Watched the first 2 episodes of season 4 of The Bear already and have to say I’m looking forward to the other 8. The heart of the show, and the focus on the actual employees, seems back and I already liked both episodes more than the entirety of season 3–bar the Napkins (Tina) episode.
Yup. And I really like Holt McCallany“Waterfront” - the new drama on Netflix feels like the writers took scripts from Ozark, Outer Banks and Days of Our Lives and combined them to make a show.
It coulda been a contender instead of a bum.
Sorry, wrong waterfront.
I’m through 5 episodes now and I’m happy to report, despite the curveball at the end of 5, the Bear that I liked so much to begin with is back. There’s a lot less screaming, a lot more heart, the story has stayed with the chefs in the restaurant and the background players have thankfully taken a step back. Most importantly, the show has been funny again. Like casual laughs and big time laughs. I’m totally engrossed again. The story has progressed, which it hadn’t last season, and still has a bit of mystery.Yup. Started with a plan to watch the first couple eps. I did a 6 month subscription to Peacock at the end of November so I could watch the Johnnie games on Peacock. My wife and I decided to watch the first season or two of Yellowstone since it's free there. I'll look forward to watching the Bear as soon as we finish the last two seasons of Yellowstone in the next day or two. Loved the first two seasons of Bear, agree that season three was spotty.I’m through 5 episodes now and I’m happy to report, despite the curveball at the end of 5, the Bear that I liked so much to begin with is back. The ice chips episode 8 season 3 of the bear was longer than a slyfox post pre paragraph spacingI did a 6 month subscription to Peacock at the end of November so I could watch the Johnnie games on Peacock. Before covid a good friend of mine at work while I was on vacation in South Africa negotiated to poach someone who was in the process of joining my team. Literally the deal was done while I was away and never even tried to explain or apologize to meI’m not spoiling anything here because it’s a storyline from season 3 but it’s really irritating me…anyone else find it a dick move that this Shapiro guy from Ever would be trying to poach Sidney in the first place? I mean, The Bear is open, what a few months tops, and this guy is literally trying to take her from a guy he used to work with and, seemingly, gets along with.

Makes me wonder where White Chocolate falls into the equation…So that place has a cult like following on the Facebook page “ Long Island restaurant group “ it’s almost annoying the cult but mjmaherjr will be going there this summer they have like 6 different types of lobster rolls but a lot are too bs spicy stuff so I’ll be going traditional Connecticut and Maine style
