Yeah, could not have expected a win. But should have seen more of an effort by some. And more focus by all. Sloppy and mostly uninspired.
Gotta make the tournament this year even if we’re a one and done to keep people engaged
And a t a bunch of times too. He basically stays on the court the whole time.
Jenkins was 1-6 in the second half. How was that better than anyone else?

Biggest disappointnent to me this year is NO ONE has stepped up and progressed to be a reliable contributor, other than Jenkins(warts and all) and Joel (warts and all).
You want to be there the next time we knock them off their perch. Fingers crossed, in the BE tournament.

Just realized Wilcher didn’t play at all today was he hurt? Goes from starting to not even playing seems weird.

Was at the game. Our fans showed up and did their part. Atmosphere during first half was great. Hurley and PUKON fans are still Jabronis. Pitino better be working on some revenge feedback for next year. I hate to generalize, but PUKON fans are really the worst, trailer park trash like the man with the 2x4 Hacksaw Jim Dungen.
I agree with on all points Dink except whether we dance or not. The metrics now will not be the metrics at the end of the season if we don’t find a a way to beat Seton Hall and Creighton at home and one of Butler, Providence, Marquette on the road. Butler went into Creighton and won a close game. They found a way to gut out a road win without there starting PG. We have not shown the ability to gut out a win in a close game at home much less on the road. I hope you are right Dink. If you are I will gladly give you your props.
Atmosphere was great. UConn fans are the Philadelphia eagles of the big east — absolute worst in basically every way possible.
Honestly, probably to all of your benefit, I don’t even feel like analyzing or venting about this game. Just feels like same old same old for the last twenty years following this team. It’s just deflating — thinking we could be a more credible team right away with Pitino.
I know UConn is literally the best team in the country, but this was winnable. I know we’re still going to be projected to be in the tournament after this week, but we need to start winning games.

I wish they all played as aggressively and with the urgency like Jenkins. For all his faults, there is a reason Pitino trusts no one as much as he trusts Jenkins.
We made that two-man bed the first few months of the season and now — for better or worse — we have to lay in it.

I know the point differential was larger than we would like and I’m as upset as anyone but a late run by UConn did us in and once again, their talent is superior. Now we have to step it up against the Hall, PC and Butler.
