Yankees 2025 Season

I can't root for this team with Cashman and Boone running things. Changes will only happen if this season yields no post-season games.
Hopefully, next season we can see Girardi, Showalter or Mattingly. Delaware and I will handle the front office.

IMHO Steinbrenner cares less about winning than Jim Dolan. Until he sells the team, we will have continued inertia.

Rodón lasted just five-plus innings, becoming the seventh straight Yankees starter who failed to record an out in the sixth inning — which has not helped a struggling bullpen. The left-hander only gave up two runs, but scattered six hits and walked four — making it 15 free passes over his past four starts.
 
Too bad this win may have saved Idiot Boone's job. I really thought that a series sweep by the Rangers would have cost him his job. Oh well.

Yanks tried to give this away. Only the Yankees have a penchant for letting sub .180 hitters get 3 hits in a game. Only the Yankees have a player, Rice, make a boneheaded play. The Yankees must lead the league in catcher's obstruction.

Yanks had 14 batters get on in 9 innings, yet only score 3 runs. Typical. Bottom of their lineup is just brutal.

7 walks is horrible for this staff. Rodon has to be more efficient.

I just don't see this team going on any extended winning streak. Far too may warts, holes, low IQ team, etc.
 
I walk into my Calgary hotel room. Put on the Yankee game. See altuve strikeout then watch the cheaters tie the game. Glad to see gil pitch into the 6 th. Since the bottom five of the tanks lineup is hitting Challenged, there will be a lot of games where $99 and Stanton get 4 or more walks. Its always great when the cheaters are beaten.
