Bullpen is about to get a big boost around trade deadline time. They're basically going to acquire Jonathan Loaisiga in exchange for nothing. He's been missed, IMO, more than he's been given credit for, because he can pitch effectively in all types of situations.

Unless Loaisiga can hit and not run bases like he doesn't have a clue, his "boost" will not be enough. The team's on-field problems center around hitting and the inability to score without hitting home runs.
