Yankees - 2020

Should've never traded for Stanton never understood that trade. We already had enough power on the team needed more of a pure hitter. Plus he's always hurt. Sevy was a good keep but an unfortunate injury. Overall I think Cashman has done really well but it does seem like his mistakes are starting to catch up with him. On the Brightside Happ has looked good so far.

if Otani chose the Yankees they never would have had to trade for Stanton

Agree RE:Stanton At the time I was hoping they would go after Yelich instead.

An opportunity for the Yanks to get healthy, though in the scheme of things, not very important.

Dr. Fauci is going to throw out the first pitch when the Yankees start the season at the Nationals on Thursday.

I heard he’s a big Gaylord Perry fan...

Just gonna say thank god sports is back after 4 months of nothing, yes soccer been back but I don't like soccer. Yes, the ufc been back but that's 1 on 1, not team sports.
We always has sports to distract us from the real world crap, but sports couldn't save us this time.

I hope pfizer's vax is the real deal, but this damn thing keeps mutating, so just gotta cross our finger.

As for talking politics, I'm glad that Paul put it in private, when I'd see the thread I would be wondering what the topic was. At first I would argue, then after a while, I'd say why argue, just get an article to go against what libs would post here.
Talking politics isn't good for me lol, so not going to ask Paul for permission. I mean what for, to fight everyday on it? Nah.

BASEBALL / SPORTS IS BACK!!!!!!!!!!!

Well there aren't going to be any fans so it shouldn't be a problem. Or are you expecting demonstrations outside the stadium?

I think Knight's firmly in the anti kneeling camp.

I thought we were past all that. I mean its happening in every sport now. Pro, amateur, men, women, black, white, brown, yellow, etc...
People have a right not to like it, but can't we at least accept that people have the right to do it and just move on?
