Hard to believe we only lost by 5. But in each of our losses we’ve had a 5-10 minute stretch where we dug ourselves very big holes.

Complete lack of discipline or structure on both ends of floor. Fewer bad 3 s tonight but poor offense regardless.

I am taken aback by the very different pictures painted by the all access audio. Pretty telling.

Going to be a long season from here on

Much like those Lavin and Mullin seasons where we’d start 0-5 in big East play and have to try and claw out of it.

I’m so sick of this shit man.

And I’m so tired of hearing this BS about taking time and “building a program” and whatnot when xavier hires a sleaze ball and instantly is better than us. It’s so easy for everyone else apparently. Never us
 
Does CMA get another extension after this show?

Maybe we should just become the basketball version of jeapordy in that era where they had people filling in post-Trebek.

This is exactly what the fan base asked for......we are getting what we deserved. Some people just cant accept it.
 
Seems to me our only strategy is to try and stay close in games, and then hope our frenetic style of play wears other teams down in the 2nd half. Unfortunately when we go down big early we're also worn down in the 2nd half, which makes it tough for us to come all the way back from a huge deficit.

2 more years, doesn't mean we gotta watch this shit show.

I'll wait and see what they do vs. SHU who isn't very good either, if SHU does this to us, then the season is over.

I don’t even buy this either though

Nearly every St. John’s fan I know personally just wants to make the tournament regularly. Like a providence. I don’t think that’s asking the world of St. John’s. I don’t think it’s terribly unreasonable

One of those wound up being a good miss, since we got the rebound, and put it back.

Even if you put the number at 6, I know that was more than the margin of difference, but it's not like Xavier shot 100%, either. Their misses count, too.

I agree to an extent, but I think all things being equal, our facilities, resources, institutional limitations etc make us competing in this era more difficult.
