Wisconsin game

Anyone who remotely thinks we were a good defensive team last year is injecting too much loyalty in evaluating on Court performance. Many who replied here resort to personal digs in a emotional, immature manner. If you want to disagree , fine.. That's what this forum is for.

Present your case to the contrary but, it demeans you to inject sarcasm, feeble humor or snide comments..Simply stating your disagreement is sufficient, the additional verbiage isn't needed.

MCN never said we were a good defensive team. He stated we were a good defensive team inside of the arc. He posted facts, and not some ill-conceived analysis.

This forum is about discussing opinions, and not about consistently making up crap like you do (which, seems like it's based on emotion), and then play the victim when you're called out for it. Both of us pointed out facts to debunk your argument, but I guess that wasn't enough. Sounds like you're the immature one.

You ask for everything thrown at you. If you don't want anything thrown your way, then stop posting foolishness. It's that simple.

To be fair, I think his criticism of my supposition was a little more pointed than a difference of opinion. You know I respect yours, even when we disagree. I would maintain that sometimes statistics do lie, not that being the 51st best defensive team by any metric is something to write home about. Sometimes some very crappy teams in all sports put up some positive number in an area, but when the chips are on the line, get crushed in that specific stat area. IF someone wants to think that we played great interior defensive, that's their opinion. If someone wants to believe that shot blocking alone makes a kid a great defensive player, he can believe that too. Really, many of us watching the same game see different things. Stats don't tell the whole story. There are guys who hit 50% from the field, mostly around the hoop in high percentage opportunities that you would never want to shoot with the game on the line. I'm not offended by pointed comments, but it makes logging on here a whole lot less fun.

TWC 472 is a premium channel. Anyone know if there's any way to watch the game streaming somewhere as 472 is not part of my TWC package and I won't be able to see the game.

472, 473 and 474 (BTN 1, 2 and 3) are Not premium channels on TWC. Did you check because you should have them?

472, 473 and 474 (BTN 1, 2 and 3) are Not premium channels on TWC. Did you check because you should have them?

In most TWC markets the BTN went from free to the TWC Sports Package recently. Regardless, it only costs 8.99 per month or .30 cents per day. Unless some of you are on food stamps you should be able to subscribe tonight. Use it for a week....then cancel. Your bill will be pro-rated as per TWC policy and you will have spent a whopping $2.
For you smokers, the cost of a cigarette is .60 while the cost of watching this game for just one nights' subscription is .30 cents!

STJ Wisconsin game is getting the most action right now (warm) on espn.com's streak for the cash. 99% picking Wisconsin. LOL
 
Tonight is the night where everything starts . Since the scandal back in 03 we have been waiting for a team like this . We will shock everyone this year. We will bring back respect back to New York City college basketball !!!!
