Where is the mystery candidate?
They should interview John Becker
Yep! I mentioned him a week ago.

Just turned 50 years old, and seems like he could be 'hitting his stride' as a head coach.

Dang it, we missed out on this guy.
I don't think we tried. If we offered him 2.2 and jumped it to 9 years we could have had him

Too bad Oliva didn't see him on TV like Porter

Russell Turner should absolutely be contacted for this job.

Others, besides Cluess, who could get me off the ledge.....
Mike Dunlap
John Becker

Long time ago but I seem to remember people surprised that he ever came east to work with Lavin. Mike had a nice year this year. I suppose the money could talk but I think, like Moser, he will stay where he is content.
Hire these guys.

At this point, I'd take the drunk Dennis Hopper character.

Call Billy Kennedy. He's available. Good coach better person. Struggled this year but can recruit and coach. Not perfect and not from northeast but so what.
Call him see if he's interested. Way better with more chops then the garbage they are stuffing down our throats now.

Never would have been my 1st or 2nd choice but now the guy looks like Coach K next to what we hear...
The Ron Artest idea isn't that crazy anymore.
For those pushing Artest, Frank Martin is Artest with coaching chops. One look from him and a player will shape up post haste.

Question is...are they still searching?

Are they actually using a search firm? Hopefully inexpensive with this group or maybe part of the problem?

Oh man. Martin and Artest on the same bench. I would buy tickets just to watch them on the sidelines. Instead of worrying about sitting on the scorer's table, the worry would be about smashing it.

Would much rather Anderson than Kennedy, but would be very happy with either.
