@West Virginia, Fri., Dec. 1, 7p, ESPN-2

honestly don’t think we played that bad of a half lol I’m surprised by the tone on here

We’ve missed some threes but it’s in this teams DNA to take those shots, it’s just the way it is. It’s the way Rick wants to play.

Fouls piling but I thought a handful of them were cheap and BS.

If a few other guys get going offensively I think we take it
You don’t think we played bad with Jenkins and Dingle combining for 4 points against a mediocre West Va back court?

I know there were rough moments (Wilcher biting on that spin move yikes) but I like that Pitino rode the freshman for a long stretch there. True road environment in what feels like a big game. Those minutes are great for them. I don’t think they were as bad as most of you. I saw some good. If they’d scored just a couple buckets between them I think the tone would be a little different.

Well let’s hope the back court kids wake up out of their stuper and score some points. I doubt inside scoring will be as easy in the second half.

I like Wilcher. The offense looks better with him in. Let him make his mistakes and learn. We will be better off come January.

Not ready to give up on our guys at all, but WV is just not a good team. We have to win these type of games as things will get a lot harder in the Big East. Need to see our backcourt step up in the second half

The issue we have is that we don’t have a lot of guys who can create their own shots consistently. Jenkins can, but he probably does it too much instead of creating plays for others. Dingle rarely creates his own shot. He doesn’t seem to have that kind of quickness and explosive first step. He seems a step slow to me.
