I’ll put it this way. We’re up by 9, won the turnover battle, only down 1 on rebound difference, and held them to 22% shooting & numerous possessions that resulted in a shot clock violation or desperation heave with 1sec left — but no ones happy.

I’m not happy either but it shows how much better this team is compared to other years.

Defensively, there was a lot to like that half. That side of the ball was not the problem.

The constant fouling by Wagner hurt us, in a way. Not only have we missed 9 foul shots, but it's prevented this game from getting into any kind of flow. We can't go up and down the court with all the whistles.

Win by 30 or not, that’s not the point. If we expect to play with the big boys, they can’t have a start like that or the better teams won’t let them come back.

I’m not saying we played great. Well we did play good defense overall. The foul shooting can’t be like this. We did shoot well from the line last game. This is gross from the line so far. Left a lot of points off the board.

He gives you nothing, when off the ball, IMO. He should be the 1 (primarily), and Smith and Wilcher should play more off the ball, especially Smith, since he doesn't look to pass.
